BOOKING WITH THE BARBIE

- A valid credit/debit card is required when booking

- If the slot that you need does not show up on the calendar, then it is unavailable. Squeeze Ins are available! Text "VIP" to (980) 318-9970 for Squeeze Ins

- I Travel within the North Carolina area. Please contact me before booking for all travel request

POLICIES

- CASH ONLY: Please have your cash ready BEFORE your appointment. I do not accept any other forms of payment like cash app, Venmo, or Zelle

- RESCHEDULING: Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 24 hours before your original appointment. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment

- LATENESS: There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation 

- NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Will receive a FULL-service charge + no future appointment

- DO NOT ATTEND IF SICK. If you are showing signs of illness (coughing more than twice), you will be asked to reschedule

SHOPPING WITH THE BARBIEE


ORDERS SHIP EVERY DAY
Once the package has been delivered to USPS, orders can take up to 3-10 business days to show movement on tracking and be delivered

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days (excluding major holidays)

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages

Please contact USPS if you have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your information invoice


Returns & Exchanges 
Bling Barbiee does NOT provide refunds for others that are successfully processed. No exchanges or order changes on successfully processed orders


Cancelling an order 
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
